In attempting to do the branding portion, I get an error when trying to use the New-OME command. My PS states I only have access to Get-OMEConfiguration and Set-OMEConfiguration, not New-OMEConfiguration. Am I missing something?

Loop components can't be shared with people outside of your tenant, not even with guests. This is a major limitation and as long as this is not possible, its usage is very restricted.

How does using Onenote look after say a year or two? Is it an unwieldy notebook with hundreds of pages? or do you archive some pages to slim it down? Thanks

Unfortunately, that encrypted email looks like a phishing email. Tech companies should come out with a solution together

Is there any way to lock down a loop component preventing editing after the meeting? That would make this so that referencing is possible, and fiddling is not possible. I know versions are available, but you need to suspect there were changes before looking for them. If there is not agreement about a point in the meeting, people can change the info after the meeting. Further to this people can copy the component into their documents and edit for their own use,which then edits the component in this meeting loop... This would be a limitation if you intended using loop in Word and Excel? If a person re-uses a document, as a template to start a monthly report they will be editing the previous month's report. 🤔

Only thing is not there from Old Outlook is Choose Forms, because My Template is not as good as Choose Forms

Is there a way to incorporate this with DLP in Purview? I'm in the states and have a DLP policy for GLBA. From what I can tell in Purview, my options are limited. I can notify the user and an admin they've sent sensitive data, but then the only other option I really have is to block the content. Basically, I don't want to encrypt ALL emails, but I would like to automatically encrypt emails that trigger the DLP policy.

so, if we have a bunch of business Standard licenses and also defender for office 365 (Plan 2) would we be losing anything by switching from standard to premium and removing the defender plan 2 since business premium as defender?

Great video and I have deleted my folders, set up categories, and started to use the archive feature. I have resisted the new outlook for many reasons but I am willing to try it. Do you have a way to clean up our inbox folder to delete previous emails since Microsoft removed that feature from the new Outlook?

About the encrypted email send to external email (Gmail), i saw that to read the message that external must re-authenticate after click on "Read the message" button. I wonder if the receiver forward that email to other people, can he/she be able to read that message? if yes, then what is the point of encrypting the email?

can´t seem to find this app anymore

Bearded Microsoft guy, I would like to send 20-30 cold emails a day and would like to avoid these getting into the recipients' spam folders. My website has given me a professional email, which I want to implement in my Office 365 business account. Do you think this move on my part will help me achieve my goals?

They should have upgraded OneNote instead creating yet another app. Loop is just more of microsoft copying other companies and doing so poorly
